Poker/Casino question?

So I'm going to Vegas this June and I was wondering if I'm at the casino and I'm sitting at the Table playing texas holdem and if for some reason I bet and bet but I don't know what I caught, will the dealer tell us who won out loud? Does the casino dealer speak at all or is it the tables decision?�I'm totally confused on some hands and I really would like to know if I went through the whole game and I show my cards will the dealer point at the winner or what will he/she do?
