okay heres the deal. Ive started taking kre alkalyn creatine to help me gain strength but i want to trim my belly fat so to do that i try to have a calorie deficit. Will this affect my muscle gains? I usually workout 3-4 times a week and i sprint for 10 minutes after each workout to help lose my belly fat. If i continue to take my creatine and workout and do cardio will i reach my results? Will the creatine negatively affect my belly fat loss? any help would be great thanks!
