Are the're any itunes poker apps that dont require wifi?

Yes. My wife has an iPod and I downloaded quite a few poker apps. All the ones I downloaded were free. Some of them required wifi, so I deleted those. Many others were self-contained games that you can play by yourself. None of them were very good, but some were OK. Just do a search at the iTunes app store.
