How can i get him to reconsider committing?

There is this guy that i got to know through my best guy friends. He came over one day with his roomate, and my roomate and we all played strip poker and hung out. At the end of the night, he rubbed my face, said "youre so pretty", then kissed me. The next day, we all went swimming, and he kept touching me, and i went to spend the night at his house so we could watch a movie, and we ended up having . Well, after that night, he still hugged and kissed me, but then i noticed he slowly stopped doing it. i heard from his friend that he only wanted a one night thing, but didnt want to hurt me because im so amazing. We talked through it, and we were just going to be friends, which was fine. But lately, he has been flirting with me , and i really do miss being with him and acting flirty. Yesterday, he just did little things, like play fight with him, and crack jokes then look at me, and he randomly added my mom on facebook and said hes going to ask her to lunch so they can talk about me. ( He was joking about the lunch) But anyways, i really do like him, which is saying something because i usually put up walls so i dont get hurt. what can i do to get him to reconsider committing?
