Losing �10 on Online Poker?

Hi what are good things to do to keep you from depositing more money on these online gambling sites, poker in particular? Losing 10 pound makes me think I'll put another 10 pound and win that 10 pound back but I know it will end up in �0. However there is still part of me that will do it give me half the chance.. help!
