Is this the loss of yet another freedom in America?

As of 15 April 2011 Americans are no longer allowed to play online poker for money with Poker Stars. By what right can the Justice Dept. set the rules as to whether we can play online poker or any other game? It's getting sickening to see our freedoms taken from us like we're sheep.
